GARANTI RETIREMENT

Custom designed game experience in Santral Istanbul for 150 of Garanti Retirement’s mid and upper level managers. The players had to make known the reality of a prophecy in a dystopic new world where plants didn’t grow anymore. This wasn’t an easy task in a power plant colony run by an oppressive regime. The players had to overthrow this regime and start a revolution for a better, brighter world. This project had a cast of 35 people, 15 game masters and a production team of 25 people where the information received from Garanti’s Leadership Summit was gamified. A custom soundtrack and audio effects were designed for this experience that included 90 minutes of role play. Project won Ace of Mice’s Best Incentive Event Award in 2018.
