We set up a Gamified Evaluation Center for Coca-Cola Beverage’s hiring process. In this Center, our goal was to create the conditions under which the candidates’ characteristics and skills like teamwork, adaptability, leadership, communication, analytical thinking could be observed and evaulated. 100 candidates were evaulated in 1 day in teams of 5 in 4 different areas set up with a cinematic experience. The HR experts and department heads of the company watched and listened to the candidates from the microphones and cameras set up inside the game areas. The candidates were asked to create an antidode for a virus found in the polar bears’ blood in 2030 that would ultimately lead to their extinction. They only had 45 minuted to achieve this task.
